Welcome to HeadlineX. By accessing our platform or registering as a Creator, you agree to the following legally binding terms. Please read them carefully.
🤝 1. Creator Relationship
Registration on HeadlineX does not create an employment relationship. You are an Independent Contractor. You are responsible for your own data costs, equipment, and any applicable taxes on your earnings in Ghana.
🛡️ 2. Content & Plagiarism
By posting on HeadlineX, you guarantee that:
- The content is 100% original. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
- You do not post “Fake News,” hate speech, defamatory content, or adult material.
- You grant HeadlineX a non-exclusive license to host, share, and monetize the content you upload.
💰 3. Monetization & Mobile Money
Our payout system is based on Valid Human Views. We use advanced tracking to detect bot traffic.
- Rate: The current rate is GH₵ 1.00 per 100 valid views. This rate is subject to change based on advertising revenue.
- Fraud: Any attempt to “click-farm” or use bots to inflate views will result in account termination.
- Payouts: Minimum withdrawal is GH₵ 50.00. Payments are sent via MTN MoMo or Telecel Cash within 3-7 business days of request.
⚖️ 4. Limitation of Liability
HeadlineX is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any loss of data, income, or technical downtime. We reserve the right to modify or shut down the platform at any time without prior notice, though we will make every effort to pay out earned balances.
