1. The HeadlineX Quality Mandate
By submitting content to HeadlineX, you agree to adhere to our Intelligence Protocol. Content that is flagged as “Low Quality” (including clickbait, false urgency, or AI-generated text without human fact-checking) may be rejected or demonetized without notice.
2. Intellectual Property & Originality
You represent and warrant that you are the original author of the work submitted. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. While you retain ownership of your content, you grant HeadlineX a non-exclusive, global license to display, promote, and monetize your content on our platform and partner aggregators.
3. Liability & Indemnification
HeadlineX acts as a platform for creators. Creators are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their submissions. You agree to indemnify and hold HeadlineX harmless against any claims of defamation, copyright infringement, or legal action resulting from your published work.
4. Revenue & Payments
Earnings are calculated based on the Quality Multiplier (Standard vs. Pillar). HeadlineX reserves the right to withhold payments for accounts found engaging in “click-farming,” bot traffic, or deceptive engagement practices.
